Join us for a two-day, in-person training designed to equip Western University staff and faculty with the foundational knowledge and practical skills to leverage CliftonStrengths in their roles and within teams. This comprehensive program provides a deep dive into the CliftonStrengths framework, fostering a strengths-based approach to communication, collaboration, and personal development.

By attending, participants will receive:

Day 1 will establish a strong understanding of the rationale and context behind CliftonStrengths, exploring its impact on individual and team performance. Participants will gain familiarity with the 34 talent themes, the four domains, and navigate the Gallup Portal to access and interpret their own strengths profiles. Through interactive exercises and discussions, you'll begin to understand how to recognize and appreciate the unique talents of others.

Day 2 builds upon this foundation, delving into the intricacies of theme dynamics and their interplay. You'll learn core coaching principles and engage in practical coaching exercises, focusing on both individual and team applications. We will address common questions related to CliftonStrengths and explore effective strategies for working with teams to maximize collective potential. Participants will have ample opportunities for practice, applying their newfound knowledge in real-world scenarios, both individually and within team settings.
